Patrick M. McCaughey, a 3rd generation Madison native, began his career in property management in 1995, by acquiring his first rental property in the Schenk/Atwood Neighborhood located in the historic near east side of the Madison Isthmus. Pat blends a unique combination of: a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin; Certified Property Manager® Accreditation from Chicago's Institute of Real Estate Management; Wisconsin Real Estate Broker's License; with his work experience in the sales, construction, banking and real estate to provide you a comfortable place to call home. Pat's attention to detail underlines his goal to make every unit a place he would personally want to live in. This quest for detail finds him totally immersed in each project with a hands-on approach which includes the daily operation of each unit and building to improve and maintain them to their full potential. Armed with two mottos, one passed down from his grandfather "Never say whoa in a horse race" and the other from his father "Life goes on……for the living".
